I am new to the Markets, what do I need to do to have a stall site?

  1. Read the Stall Holder Guidelines
  2. Download, fill in and email through the Membership Form to info@boulder.com.au
  3. Confirm payment for Membership and Stall Site Fees
  4. An email will be sent through to confirm site location, once payment is received
  5. Set up in the allocated site on Market Day

How do I pay?

Payments can be made via the following:

  • In Person: Santamaria's on Burt Street | Payments can be made until 5pm on the Friday before Market Day.
  • PayPal www.paypal.me/BoulderPromotions  | A $1.50 surcharge applies.  Please add this to your payment amount.
  • Direct Deposit | Account: Boulder Promotions | BSB: 036 125 | ACC: 467389 | Please put in your Name and Hobby/Trading Name as reference

When will I be allocated my Site?

Once your Membership Form or booking is submitted or confirmed, payment is to be received within 24 hours to confirm your site. Otherwise you will be allocated the best available once the payment has been made.

*No sites will be issued until payment is confirmed.


Why am I not in the specific site spot, that I requested - Loopline Park or Burt Street?

As you can appreciate we have a large number of stalls that request specific stall sites within Boulder.  We do our best to accommodate everyone though sites book out very quickly and we cannot put everyone in the positions requested. 

Majority of the time it is the first in best dressed policy, if you book, confirm and payment is confirmed, site is allocated, if you leave any booking to the last week before Market Day, you will need to be aware that you will be issued the remaining.


Types of Stallholders?

  • Permanents are stall holder that pay annually and have been attending for many years and have allocated positions
  • Regulars are stall holders that have attended Boulder Markets religiously and has earned their places
  • Casuals are stall holders that are allocated the best positions available 

Once you attend three consecutive Markets you are eligible for Regular status, though if you do not inform BPDA that you will be unable to attend a Market Day you will return to a Casual status and only be allocated the best available position at the time.


I am booked to have a Site, what time do I set up?

Loopline Park is unlocked by 8am every Market Day and you can set up at any stage as long as your vehicle has been removed from the Park by 8.45am.  

Burt Street site times can vary depending on how long it takes you to set up as with Loopline Park.  

As Boulder Promotions spends a large amount of money on advertising the Markets to the community and wider region, stall holders are expected to be set up by 8.50am and sites cannot be dismantled until after 1pm. (This is part of the Policy and Procedure that all stall holders sign with your Membership Form).
